Minutes of November 2018 meeting
We have a proactive Patient Participation Group (PPG) who meet with us every couple of months to provide feedback on our services and to help us with our planning. We are always on the lookout for new members and if you want to become involved then please let us know. With your agreement we will pass on your contact details to our chair who will then make contact with you.
The meetings are usually held on a Wednesday afternoon every couple of months.
2019 MEETING DATES
We recognise that not everybody can spare the time to attend meetings, particularly during the day time. However we would still like to hear your views and we now have a virtual group to enable those of you who would like to contribute to do so.
The virtual group complements the Patient Participation Group and is run by the group, for the group. As a member of the virtual group you may be asked questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. Contact will be via email.
If you would like to join the virtual group then please email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org

Our Patient Group have put together a 'jargon buster', designed to help members of the public find their way around the most common terminology, jargon and abbreviations used within the NHS.
Whilst this is not meant to be a definitive guide covering absolutely everything we hope that you may find it a useful resource.
The document can be downloaded here:

Printed copies are available from the practice upon request.
We would like to thank all members of the group who have contributed towards the production of this invaluable guide
