On the day triage for urgent cases

Most of our appointments, either on the telephone or face-to-face are booked in advance. If you ring up for an urgent appointment of the day our receptionists will ask you to tell us what the problem is and you will then be put on the triage list  of one of our clinicians.

You will often be phoned back by the clinician but if the matter can be dealt with by some other means that will be relayed back to you.
