Therefore we are asking patients to inform us if you have any particular needs.
For example:

Rather than writing to you would you prefer us to contact you via
- E-mail,
- Text messaging
- Other methods
When you visit us , if you tell us in advance we can provide:
- Translation/interpreting services
- A British Sign Language expert
We have an induction loop that can be used during your appointment if this would help
